If you want to close/erase your account and remove your information from EmbroideryDigitizer.com, the first step is ensuring that all of your order files are backed up and no payments are outstanding.

Once you are 100% sure, that you want to proceed with deletion of your account.

Please submit your account deletion request at our Contact us page & make sure you mention your login email & customer ID along with your deletion request so we can verify thats its you!

We will delete all your information including order history, emails, phone or any other related info permanently from our database so you will no longer receive any notification from our end.

Please note: once you ask us to delete your account, we cannot recover your old account & any data related to it and you will have to create a new account.
