Revision Policy
Though we work hard trying to provide perfect services for every customer, we do make mistakes sometimes. In case our work does not entirely meet your expectations, we are prepared to revise it.
The revision will only be guaranteed free of charge if the request complies with the following guidelines:
- After the order’s version is marked completed, you can send a free new version request within 30 days. When the above deadlines are passed & if you want any revision, there will be automatically charged $5 revision fee & you need to Add to Cart for placing a new version request.
- When you request a free revision, the service scope of the original order should not be changed, and the instructions for new version should not conflict with the instructions that you initially provided.
Our team strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, but we reserve the right to limit the number of revisions or decline revision requests in cases such as, but not limited to: unreasonable changes in initial order instructions; taking advantage of our services and obvious abuse of revision option.
If you ask for extra services or new requirements in your revision instructions, additional charges may be implemented for the revision process to begin. However, each case will be reviewed individually in order to get the clear point and make a decision that satisfies both sides. So, we always advise to submit new version as Quote if there is change in initial order instructions.
Revision normally takes less time if there are minor revisions but it may take more time if there are big changes. We always give more weightage to new versions requests in our order queue so that we maintain good support on all your past orders. The exact turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of your instructions.
