- Use commenting system for any of your queries regarding project like its status, more details or any help you wanted on project

- Our typical response time of responding to each comment depends upon queue of pending comments but our average response time is about 1 hour.
- Please use Private Note if you want to communicate with your co-workers, our agents will not be able to view your private conversation with your co-workers
Step 1: Open Project Detail Page
Go to Orders or Quote listing page & click on Project Detail Page
Step 2: Add Your Comment or optionally attach reference files
In right side column, Choose “Support Team” & add your comment & optionally attach files or you can markup them too
